[Mageia-i18n] Reorganised wiki section

Hi guys,

I slightly reorganised the wiki section dedicated to the i18n team,
since it was a bit messy. I rewrote some stuff, deleted a few things,
and moved others around.
You can have a look at it at the same URL as before:
http://mageia.org/wiki/doku.php?id=translators

Still, there are two things I would like you to note:

1) I renamed some pages, and especially the pages dedicated to
specific language subteams (like the Dutch, German, French or Turkish
pages about translation workflow). Now these pages URLs are all made
upon the same pattern: translators:teams:i18n-xx where "xx" is the
code for the team.
E.g., for the Polish page:
http://mageia.org/wiki/doku.php?id=translators:teams:i18n-pl

2) I saw that the page listing all teams and team members was still
not complete. I would like EVERYONE to check if her team, name and
contact is on the following page:
http://mageia.org/wiki/doku.php?id=translators:teams. If not, I ask
you to add yourself on the page. I know for example that we do have a
pt_BR translation team, but it is absent from the said page (and I
think they're not the only ones).
If you didn't bother registered on this page because you don't want to
create an account on the temporary wiki (which I can understand),
please send me the required information so that I can update the page.
If you don't want to give those bits of information at all, you can
still contact me or Oliver so that we know why.

P.S. Don't ask when the non-temporary wiki will arrive, for we still
do not know. That's why I decided to rework the actual wiki, since it
seems we have to make do with it for now.
