[Mageia-i18n] Drakx-help pot file still in use?

I though thery were still partially used.
See install/steps_gtk.pm.
But it looks like it's dead code.
I've run an install with the following code w/o any issue at all.
We don't offer help in text mode (and HTML mode is dead for long).
