[Mageia-i18n] Another converted page (donate page) for lang files translation system

Romain created a tool to help in conversion from php array translation
system to lang files system (pa2lang.php). So for donate page there was
really not much work besides additional manual work I already mention in
contribute page conversion email. I mean about strings in array in another
array which require some juggling with English strings on php page and lang
files because of that. I'm able and willing to do that. But it's totally
different story to do copy-paste foreign language strings which for
nonlatin and even some latin languages I'm not even able to read let alone
understand from html file which could even change in between. So as you
said some of you will unfortunately have to use copy-paste procedure
yourself.
But I do offer my help with knowledge and experience I have with migration
from html to lang conversion regarding cleaning old files from svn and
making a redirection as needed with such migration. Basically all you need
to do is to commit lang file first and then erase old directory with html
translation and replace it with link to appropriate English page. You can
copy those links from other languages as they have the same target so they
are the same.
