[Mageia-i18n] Mageia - Czech localization of webpages - update of all three files.

Hi,

here is the update of all three files; just in 2.cs.lang file I can't see that missing string with commented "address". 
Maybe you could add it there.

The dialog "About" remains old, as I see. (the new about.lang file was already sent by me?)
