There are a few new files in installer help, and one is being written
without knowing when it will be ready:

So there are two possibilities: you translate with the risk that the
English file isn't correct or complete, or you wait till we are sure
no one complains about a bad help. (However, when can we be sure?)

The same is true for the written pages for MCC help. None of the pages
has been approved technically, so they weren't English-proofread either

Besides, many pages are still missing and I haven't yet managed to
combine the TOC of the 2nd example below with the page-per-tool layout
of the 1st example below.

If you already want to start translating the MCC help: that, too, is
fine with me, but please be aware there is a good chance that there'll
be changes aka extra work.

About the "Write some text" or "to be written" lines: if I had found
time, I would have replaced them with:

 "Please contact documentation team to help write this text"
