[Mageia-i18n] pt_BR translator apply

Thanks Oliver.

I'm really sure I'll need help to start working LOL, who wouldn't ?
I'm not that familiar with svn and git, that's less a point for me. But
just ask for help and I'm gonna do my best for the team. Translations is
what I've liked the most since I joined the linux community.
