[Mageia-i18n] Lists moved from mailman to sympa

Hi there,

as most of you have probably noticed, the mailing lists have moved
from the old mailman installation on the zarb servers (dating back to
the beginning of Mageia) to the sympa installation on the mageia
servers.

I ask all of you, not to use the old address "mageia-i18n at mageia.org"
any more, but the new one "i18n-discuss at ml.mageia.org".

The mailman server will shut down soon, as the host it's running on
will be replaced.
The second reason for switching now is, that we have two ml archives
right now, one on the old server and one on the new one.
