[Mageia-i18n] Rpmdrake new progress dialog - a misleading caption?

Sadly, no change for that matter with newest rpmdrake - the title of
progress dialog is still misleading "Distribution upgrade". See also
https://bugs.mageia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=9550.
