SO maybe they could simply ask to sysadmin directly, or fill a bug ?

If the goal is to filter, there is already everything in the header of
the mail. See for example :
List-Id: <i18n-fr.ml.mageia.org>

Using the subject is asing for trouble, especially when mail are sent on
2 ml, or resent from a ml to another one.
