It depends, on the other hand, it makes it clear that can be CCed only
an account that explicitly took part in the game (although that could

For Web team, I did exactly that:
 - registered an account for mageia-webteam at mageia.org (don't remember
if I disabled it afterwise so that no one can actually use it.
 - white-listed bugzilla-daemon at mageia.org to the webteam ml; and I
just did that for artwork list.

On a side note, that would be nice to have a better sender identity
("Mageia Bugzilla" <bugzilla at mageia.org> for instance or "Mageia Bugs"
<bugs at mageia.org>).
