In order:
 a. based on specified URL: http://wiki.mageia.org/en/Whatever will
show the English document, no matter the user-agent/session
preferences are;
 b. if a user is going automatically to http://wiki.mageia.org/ (which
holds no wiki at this very address), we'll make a redirection based on
user-agent preferences (I can provide this, it's about a few lines of
code);
 c. if we ever get to have a mageia.org global user session, we may
amend b. in the future by using the user preferences, but that's not
near.
