I a not keen on creating list if they end being unused :/
( there was 5 mails on i18n-pt_br@ since 3 months, like half of the i18n
list that I created ).

( moreover, as I like to have clean stuff, how should it be called ( ie,
the prefix ) what topic, what would be the goal exactly ? )
