[Mageia-sysadm] Using cron for puppet instead of the daemon

Hi,

after trying to fix the lockup problem of puppet ( sometimes, puppet
suffer from a race condition ), and the mem leak on alamut ( likely
caused by our usage of stored config, I guess ), I tred a alternative
approach on my own servers, by replacing puppet client by cron.

So far, t worked quite well, so I propose that we do the same. 
Any opinion ?
