Note that we do deploy the various ldap config directly in the database,
and the database access with puppet, so this can go fast.

This is already half done, the only issue is the sql deployment :
- create the proper access on postgresql ( I may have found a way to
automate that 
- create the initial database( I also have some idea for that, but
nothing ready yet ).

for the rest, the snapshot is deployable directly from git ( but we need
to ensure that phpbb-seo is not deployed ).
