As a side note, I have also seen that neither libvirtd or libvirt-guest
were started, likely related to the same issue.

Servers are back since 13h10, paris time. Problem was, according to
perenoel, that the server is not configurated to start again when there
is a power outage. Something to keep in mind for next time we go there.
