[Mageia-sysadm] nav.mageia.org apache config

Hi,

I would like to have this added in nav.mageia.org vhost conf, so I can
track whether there are perf hiccups on this service (it will log the
time the script takes to return the nav contents, with or without
caching).

  LogFormat "%h %l %u %t \"%r\" %>s %b %s{navCacheHit}n
%s{navMakeTime}n" navMoLogFormat
  CustomLog /Applications/MAMP/logs/nav_access_log navMoLogFormat

(will not work with nginx however, just in case)

(btw, I just pushed several improvements to nav.mageia.org, some that
prevent many warnings to be generated by the PHP engine)
