Yuri likely has commit rights.

There's been a discussion at the very beginning about that, and the
choice had been made that: "classic" users would be able to reset
their password directly, however contributors with commit access would
need a manual reset from a sysadmin (another point of view was that
it's a boring, unnecessary blocking task, but no one could provide a
working solution satisfying both sides at the time).

I'll update the error message to "Privileged accounts may not recover
passwords via this mechanism: please get in touch with a member of
sysadmin team (#mageia-sysadm on IRC).". That's just a little bit more
informative but it could certainly be better.

So, as to get your password reset, you'd need a direct contact from a
sysadmin here or on IRC. Anyone?
