[Mageia-sysadm] Sysadmin team council representative and deputy election

Hello,

As mentioned in last IRC meeting, we need to elect sysadmin team
representative, and deputy, for council. Anybody from sysadmin team can
be candidate. If you are candidate, you need to answer to this email to
say you are candidate, before next monday when the vote will be started.

Planning for election :
 - 20/03 to 26/03 at 19:00 UTC: candidates send an email to say that they are
   candidate
 - 26/03 at 20:00 to 29/03 at 20:00 UTC: vote is done using epoll
