[Mageia-sysadm] URGENT: broken mirror in mirrorlist

since in seems that nobody is reading the sysadmin bugs: 
https://bugs.mageia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=2844
please remove these mirrors from the api: (also valid for the iso 
download function)
