The one used for pushing the package in fact.
The idea (for me) is to used it locally for mgaqueue to check that i'm not
going to push the « same » package twice with my scripts.
It's supposed to be prevent by the build system but for example i noticed
some issue like this :
http://pkgsubmit.mageia.org/uploads/rejected/cauldron/core/release/20121122101746.mikala.valstar.9714.youri
where kgeography has been rejected, so i guess since i'm launching 2-3
mgaqueue [1] files list with some alternate order @ the same time the
script is able to push the same package twice (or maybe it's just a bug
triggered by me.
