I've created packages for irker and python-irc (as a prerequisite). Both
are in cauldron now, but I suspect a backport to mga2 would  be trivial
(there is no sysvinit script, so mga1 or mga2 sans systemd would take a
bit more work).

Looking at the docs, it would benefit from python-eventlets too from a
resource usage perspective, but it's not strictly required.

I may have missed some Requires that are not extracted automatically, so
feel free to fix the package up if you encounter any.
