[Mageia-sysadm] Cannot Login

Dear Maât,
thank you very much for responding, I am getting desperate to get on 
with this.

Yes I certainly set up the account correctly using 
https://identity.mageia.org/
And reset the password using   - https://identity.mageia.org/forgot_password

My user ID is   -   Desmondra
email is   -   desmond.armstrong at gmail.com

I have gone round the loop many times but always get the message that 
the password is incorrect.

I do look forward to being able to login.
