[Mageia-sysadm] [Mageia-bugsquad] Bugzilla: NEEDDATA tag on whiteboard?

We must be careful about adding new keywords, and try to make sure people 
understand them. I must admit the meaning of NEEDDATA here is not very clear 
to me. All those bugs are already assigned to sysadmins, sysadmins should be 
the ones who triage their own bugs once assigned, in my opinion.
