You can:
1) delete them before posting a bug
2) use the advanced form https://bugs.mageia.org/enter_bug.cgi?product=Mageia
3) actually use those fields by trying to add concise and clear steps to
reproduce the bug when needed.

They shouldn't be removed as they're useful for new users trying to report a
bug for the first time.
