Well the first step would be to see if configure oxygen like this is enough for
alien, so maybe he can try to configure it like this (launching oxygen-settings
is the easy way to configure it).
If it's ok i can add WindowDragMode=WD_MINIMAL in a default oxygenrc
configuration file.
