[Mageia-artwork] 2011/week 10 review and alpha2 wrap-up

Hi there,

first: alpha2 is planned to Tuesday, March 15th. Everything that wants
to be in this release must be packaged in on this Friday night (so
likely, committed to svn at the latest on Friday morning). Everything
else will be for beta1 (April 5th).

What we really need to get square & done before this Friday then:
 - Mageia logo + colours (alexn83)
 - favicon (almost ready, I'm cutting out the PNGs from the source SVG)
 - installer fixes (see my previous mail)
 - installer ad screens promoting the project and potential
contributors to join (alexn83, text to review here)
 - boot sequence fixes (pending my coming review and coordination to
update the package)

Nice to have (not a priority):
 - backgrounds & screensavers updates

Can we try to get this reported & worked on before Wednesday evening
so we just have adjustements to commits on Thursday/Friday?
