[Mageia-artwork] Proposal for Mageia Plymouth

Hey,

I did a initial proposal for mageias plymouth theme. Which starts with a black 
screen and ends with the current plymouth background.
I tried to do a short video for you:

Just look at the virtual box window on my destop (didn't know how just to 
record a part of the destkop :-) ).

Is this planed to use for plymouth or maybe for gnome/kde splash?
If plymouth, I would try to implement it in the next week.
