Could be made available but not necessarily as a default config?

I highlight what Thorsten said:
 - we do NOT change gfxboot/plymouth backgrounds
 - we ONLY change dm, ksplash, desktop default wallpaper to match
gfxboot/plymouth ones' theme (hence the base "grid")
 - and yes, we need this new lock.png
