[Mageia-artwork] Substitue for Council meeting

Hey team,

today is a council meeting and I can't attend to it, because I'm not at 
home.
So if someone of you, who have probably attend to the last artwork 
meetings, is willing to attend to the council meeting instead of me, 
that would be cool.

The council meeting is announced for 19h UTC in #mageia-meeting. You 
should take a look what we've talked about in the last artwork meetings, 
and make a short review.
