I think before we rush ahead and move to this as default, and have it
packaged, it should be put in the svn/soft/theme directory so that we
have it locally.
I for one am not happy with having a theme for an external website
being used as default.

If you are serious with the packaging of this, mageia-kde4-config will
need to be "informed" of your changes to set it as default.

For the info that you are looking for, that would be a good place to start.
