[Mageia-artwork] the main panel items

Donald, Arabic is right-to-left, and so the system is designed to reflect
that. Obviously in Western languages the panel will be backwards,
left-to-right.
But I don't see the point. KDE comes with a perfectly good and infinitely
customizable panel. Why reinvent the wheel?
