[Mageia-artwork] Common cursor theme between DE

Hello,
During the meeting i suggest to use a common cursor theme for coherency 
between display manager & desktop environnement :
A user using gdm & switching to KDE should have the same mouse theme by 
default.
I was wondering if the wayland cursor theme ( x11-data-cursor-themes package) 
could not be use for that purpose since  it's a x11 package (so it's not 
pulling unecessary dependency regarding a specific destkop
