As Anne wrote in the bug report:
"No it's just not possible. Help is provided by documentation. We cannot reuse
Mandriva documentation because of license. It will ask weeks of work to get
proper one, which should happen for Mageia2."

Meaning:
  - either help texts for each screen must be compiled new, translated
and integrated
  - or an older version of the official Mandriva documentation could be
"canibalized" for these texts.
(to the best of my knowledge older versions are free, and most of the
installer documentation can be used because the installer did not
change much in the last 2 years)
