[Mageia-dev] Development environment

Hi there,

I’m sure lots of you are looking forward to make your first
contributions to mageia. As pterjan suggested on IRC, a gitorious would
be a nice first step to start with.

So I’m offering my dedicated server to the project and I’m currently
installing gitorious on it.

I think we could make the subdomain point to git.mageia.org (currently
http://shikamaru.fr is pointing to it so you can see what it will be.

Everything’s not done yet, I need to make an ssl access for it, and have
some issues to solve with ultrasphinx.

If some of you have rails, nginx or gitorious knowledge, please wave in,
I’ll be happy to add your ssh pubkey so that we can work together to
build that up.

I’ve not generated the ssl certificate yet, please tell me if you’re ok
with the one I proposed above.
