There is also some small changes :
 - mgarepo upload will upload the file (only if not already done), and
   update the file sha1.lst. But will not commit automatically the updated
   sha1.lst file.
 - mgarepo del will remove the file from sha1.lst but will not commit
   it. You can also edit sha1.lst yourself without using mgarepo del.
