[Mageia-dev] request for volunteer: noting important cauldron changes

Well, that's sort of what was decided for release notes in the meeting 
yesterday. but i'm not talking about release notes, in that same meeting it 
was decided a single person (or a few single persons do a weekly notification 
on what changes in cauldron.)

This is a call for volunteers for that purpose.
