I've remove gstreamer0.10-plugins-ugly and gstreamer0.10-ffmpeg from the
draklive skip list, since they are now required (and not only suggested)
by some packages.

I should also fix draklive to abort if basesystem-minimal failed to be
installed (not basesystem, since draklive allows to build chroot
tarballs without kernels)
