[Mageia-dev] OCaml packaging team

Hi everyone,

I've created a wiki page to talk about the OCaml packaging effort that has
started to catch up with Debian and Fedora.

The OCaml policies being at: https://wiki.mageia.org/en/Ocaml_policy

This project can be extended to cover some other functional programming
languages, such as Haskell, and some computer science research tools, such as
theorem provers or SAT-solvers.

All interested packagers and testers are welcome to help and join the effort.
