[Mageia-dev] xcb-util update, which broke the BS

The problem is libxcb is obsoleting libxcb-util0:
$ rpm -qp --obsoletes libxcb-dpms0-1.7-1.mga1.i586.rpm
libxcb-util0
libxcb-util1
