Thanks for helping but
1) Please use a better changelog message, like "Rebuild for perl
5.14". Increase rel for rebuild is not interesting when looking at the
history of a package.
2) How did you get the list of packages to rebuild? You seem to
rebuild packages which don't need to be rebuilt. I noticed
perl-Youri-Package which I wouldn't expect needing to be rebuilt.

It does not depend on perlapi-5.12
