After a second look it seems related to the use of libnettle.
Reverting to libcrypt (adding --with-libgcrypt switch to configure) fix it.
I also use a patch from fedora to skip dsa test  ( cf 
http://pkgs.fedoraproject.org/gitweb/?p=gnutls.git;a=blob;f=gnutls-2.12.7-dsa-
skiptests.patch;h=64fa2245c104356cefc0ad784777feff7e972dc6;hb=9aec8097dd3829afcbd75ed8a83176248cef6b43 
) to allow the build .
