Pino is dropped by openSUSE 
https://build.opensuse.org/package/show?package=pino&project=openSUSE%3ADropped 
contains a lot of unresolved bugs 
https://code.google.com/p/pino-twitter/issues/list and seems 
under-maintained right now. Version 3.0 (hg snapshot) is still in 
development state.

So maybe wait for its better times?
