when you split some files out in a new subpackge, you _MUST_ add
a conflict tag in order to ensure the packages ended in the same transaction
else you get file conflicts on upgrade:

Installation failed:       file /usr/bin/kactivitymanagerd from
install of kactivitymanagerd-6.1-0.mga2.x86_64 conflicts with file
from package kdebase4-runtime-1:4.7.3-1.mga2.x86_64
        file /usr/share/kde4/services/kactivitymanagerd.desktop from
install of kactivitymanagerd-6.1-0.mga2.x86_64 conflicts with file
from package kdebase4-runtime-1:4.7.3-1.mga2.x86_64
        kactivitymanagerd is needed by kdebase4-runtime-1:4.7.3-2.mga2.x86_64
