I think %{oname} should be virt (like it's in libvirt pkg):

[wally at chroot ~]$ rpm --eval '%mklibname libvirt-glib 1.0 0'
lib64libvirt-glib1.0_0

vs.

[wally at chroot ~]$ rpm --eval '%mklibname virt-glib 1.0 0'
lib64virt-glib1.0_0
