deltarpm hasn't been imported either.
We could always base deltas on the last release, to simplifies the usage.
To back out, we would go back to release and advance to whatever 
previous delta, if any.
Many (if not most) users will have a release iso with the release packages.

Other than deltas, we could release update isos, à la mdv2010.2, with 
all non-updated release packages + updates.  (Excluding any backports.)
With our release cycle of 9 months, we could release these update isos 
every 3 months.
That would considerably reduce update downloads on new installs.
And maybe eventually a way to produce such update isos dynamically, at 
the time of download ?
