Other people still appear twice. (misc, philippeM)
These duplicates were added in the last few days.  All with "mdv 
packager" in the packaging_skills field, and "yes" for 
can_mentor_others.  (Including the ennael duplicate.)  And the country 
and timezone fields filled.
