Improper lib packaging.

Both lib64poppler13 and lib64poppler12 contain 
_libdr/girepository-1.0/Poppler-0.16.typelib
which should have been split into a seperate pkg when it was first
introduced in the poppler pkg.

Previously the typelib had been provided by gir-repository and no
conflict existed.
