From version 0.10.0 to 0.5.1.3 ?

0.10.0 > 0.5.1.3 so version, epoch or package name will need to be
changed to allow update.

Also soname is changing, so we need to rebuild software using this as
dependency. Did you check that gstreamer-celt is still working with this
version ?
