Could you please push kdelibs4 & kdebase4-runtime
For kdelibs I add a patch from upstream to fix kde #272184 , without that kdm 
does not follow GUI & Color scheme options.
The patched added in kdebase4-runtime fix kde #262488 , without this a crash of 
KCM_languages could occurs in case of  invalid language codes in kdeglobals
