[Mageia-dev] Freeze push: drakx-installer-rescue

Can someone push it, please?
The old sources was removed (they were useless) and the spec was *a
little* cleaned for allow a commit.

- remove buildroot def
- remove Name, Version, Release from the top of spec
- remove clean buildroot at %install
